Terms & Conditions

By applying for and using the "Fast & Convenient Rewards" tag, the participant agrees to be bound by the current "Fast & Convenient Rewards" Terms and Conditions.

In order to receive the sign up rewards bonus points you must complete and submit the "Fast & Convenient Rewards" participant application with the minimum required information (name, zip code, age range and gender) The minimum information is required to be entered in drawings for random rewards and sweep stakes rewards.

By providing all of the information on the application you will be able to receive all the benefits of the "Fast & Convenient Rewards" program.

Points may be earned at participating "Schmuckal Oil Company locations.

Points will not be accumulated for the following purchases: Lottery, lotto, phones, cigarettes, mulch, pre-paid gift or cash cards, pre-paid services (including phone cards, pre-paid Master Cards, bill pay, money orders or money transfers.

Participants must present a valid "Fast & Convenient Rewards" tag to earn points. The tag must be presented at the time of purchase. Points will not be awarded without a valid "Fast & Convenient Rewards" tag or for previous purchases.

Only one "Fast & Convenient Rewards" tag per customer. Points may not be combined or transferred between participants.

"Fast & Convenient Rewards" coupons may be redeemed at any participating "Schmuckal Oil Company Mini-Mart" location, unless otherwise specified, so long as the reward item is available at the location.

To be accepted by any participating "Schmuckal Oil Company location the reward coupons must not be expired, illegible, altered or damaged. Duplicates of original reward coupons will not be accepted. Validation of participant details may be required in order to redeem reward.

Lost, stolen, or damaged reward coupons will not be replaced.

"Schmuckal Oil Company" may substitute any rewards or prizes for those of a comparable value without notice.

"Schmuckal Oil Company" is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tags or unredeemed points; however these may be replaced for a $4.00 fee.

"Schmuckal Oil Company" is not responsible for any errors or lost rewards resulting from computer hardware or software errors or fraud.

All "Fast & Convenient Rewards" tags are licensed to "Schmuckal Oil Company" and tag ownership does not transfer to the Participant. "Schmuckal Oil Company" may cancel any "Fast & Convenient Rewards" tag at any time at its sole discretion.
